Job Description

The Compliance Analyst assists in implementing Prime’s compliance programs within their designated areas, partnering with internal stakeholders to monitor compliance, and ensuring policies, procedures, licensure, and program manuals are effectively followed and maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to meet regulatory requirements and align with business operations.
  • Develop solutions to moderately complex compliance issues, referencing policies and procedures, and escalate as needed.
  • Support and lead project management efforts of compliance initiatives.
  • Represent the Compliance Department on medium complexity projects and cross-functional assignments.
  • Facilitate compliance training, manage conflict of interest processes, review SOPs and policies, and participate in department initiatives.
  • Research laws and regulatory issues impacting compliance programs; document and escalate findings.
  • Manage regulatory submissions, licensing, renewals, and reports related to licensed functions, and maintain related documentation and systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or project coordination roles within healthcare, PBM, or a regulated industry.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Understanding of compliance principles and standards.

  • Organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pharmacy benefit management or healthcare.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, or ACA.
  • Certifications like CCEP, CHC, PMP.
  • Experience managing licensing applications and renewals.
Physical Demands
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Sitting, using hands, talking, hearing.
  • Reaching, standing, walking, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Visual acuity for various vision requirements.
