Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• FINRA Series 24/26 required.
• Experience supporting producer oversight and suitability programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading project initiatives, collaborate with leadership in decision making, independently interact with internal clients, and act as a functional expert on assigned projects in support of Symetra's producer oversight and third-party suitability programs.
• Independently manage special projects and regulatory analysis as needed.
