Cedar House Life Change Center in California is seeking a compliance professional to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the organization's compliance program, monitoring regulatory adherence, and coordinating audits.

You will collaborate with healthcare and behavioral health teams to implement policies, deliver training, maintain records, and uphold confidentiality and trauma-informed practices throughout our operations.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years in compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, healthcare administration, behavioral health services, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health or SUD settings preferred.
• Experience with audits, monitoring, investigations, or policy development preferred.
• Be certified upon hire under accredited drug and alcohol certification program or ability to obtain within timeframe.
