Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with strong academic record.
• 1–3 years relevant compliance experience in trading firm or securities regulator.
• Experience applying Claude code or other AI tools to improve processes or daily tasks.
• Entrepreneurial/pragmatic attitude toward solving problems.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to cross-functional work.
• Willing to assist across all aspects of the compliance program as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Strong business-minded writing ability.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specification documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the core compliance program, including registrations, personal trading, outside activities, training, onboarding, etc.
• Lead compliance-related matters and respond to management inquiries.
• Conduct surveillance reviews and research exceptions.
• Propose updates to surveillance and compliance programs to the global team.
• Automate or streamline compliance processes/tasks.
• Assist with implementing solutions to business problems.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on compliance program.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and outside providers to mitigate risks.
• Analyze effects of new business initiatives on regulatory framework.
• Conduct forensic tests in key areas.
• Self-starter attitude and attention to detail.
