Job Description:

Under the direction of the Chief Compliance and Integrity Officer, the Compliance Analyst will assist and support compliance functions implemented for John Muir Health, John Muir Physician Network, John Muir Behavioral Health, and John Muir Health Foundation (collectively, "JMH") Compliance Program.

The Compliance Analyst will be a key role within the Compliance Department and contribute to the achievement of the Compliance work plan activities and support the effective day-to-day operation of the Compliance Program.

Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
Education
  • BA/BS degree in law, healthcare, or business preferred. Equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted - Preferred
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) - Required
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare compliance, legal, or other related experience. Individuals with a BA/BS degree in Compliance or related field may be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards - Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills necessary.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple and often competing projects and/or demands, while adhering to strict timelines.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people to accomplish objectives.
  • Ability to act with confidence, build trust, and credibility for the department.
  • Maintain positive and collaborative relationships. Able to work various hours and locations as dictated by business needs.
Certification
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certification preferred or successfully obtained within 24 months of employment in this position.
Work Details:

Work Shift: Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America)

Pay Range: $41.80 - $62.69 Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
