We're hiring a Compliance Analyst to help build and run our BSA/AML/OFAC program. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to work close to the transaction data investigating alerts, spotting patterns, and turning findings into action while helping shape how a compliance program gets built from the ground up at a fast-moving fintech. You'll work directly with senior compliance leadership, giving you visibility and influence well beyond a typical analyst seat.
This role is a strong fit for someone who wants ownership early in their career: you'll help define the processes, not just follow them, and you'll have room to bring AI‑powered tools into how the work gets done from day one.
In your first year, you'll be successful if you:
Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually
Equity Grant: Meaningful potential upside given Coast’s early‑stage trajectory
