At QGenda, we value our employees and their contributions toward the success of the business. We strive to create a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration, where employees can be proud of the work they do and the impact it has on the healthcare industry.

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support key operational activities across QGenda’s Legal and Compliance functions. This role will serve as the primary coordinator for customer security questionnaires and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), while also supporting broader compliance, audit and documentation initiatives across the organization.

This position is ideal for an early‑career professional or recent college graduate interested in compliance, legal operations, regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity or SaaS business operations who enjoys organization, cross‑functional collaboration and process management.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Own and manage customer security questionnaires by coordinating responses across Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Experience teams
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for RFPs and customer due diligence requests
  • Maintain and continuously improve standard response libraries, compliance documentation and internal process resources
  • Support internal and external audit activities, including SOC 2, SOX, HIPAA, FedRAMP, TX‑RAMP, and customer compliance reviews
  • Obtain necessary documentation for QGenda’s continuous monitoring activities and submit evidence to external parties or auditors
  • Track deadlines, deliverables and approvals to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information and improve operational efficiency across compliance‑related workflows
  • Assist with policy management, documentation updates and general compliance administration activities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort across questionnaire and proposal management
Who You Are
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communicator who can coordinate effectively across multiple teams
  • Process‑oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable learning new technical and compliance concepts in a fast‑paced SaaS environment
  • Self‑starter who operates well with guidance but can independently drive work forward
  • Customer‑service oriented with a collaborative mindset
Experience You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Legal Studies, Cybersecurity or related discipline preferred
  • 1–2 years of professional experience, internship experience, or equivalent campus/work‑study experience in a technology, IT, compliance, operations or business support environment preferred
  • Strong written communication, organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar business productivity tools
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
  • Exposure to SaaS, healthcare technology, compliance or cybersecurity concepts preferred
  • Internship or professional experience supporting documentation, operations, customer requests or compliance activities is a plus
  • Experience with RFPs, security questionnaires or audit support activities is preferred but not required
What’s In It For You

We offer a comprehensive total rewards package to support our full‑time employees and their family’s day‑to‑day needs, well‑being and major life events, which includes:

  • Fully company‑paid options for medical (both in‑person and virtual), dental and vision insurance
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy to enjoy periods of uninterrupted rest and relaxation for a healthy work/life balance
  • Paid parental leave for birth, adoption or permanent placement
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Options to work in a hybrid‑working model or remotely from home, depending on the position
  • Annual Costco membership, cell phone stipend, commuter benefits, in‑office perks and more

Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States (U.S.), including being located in the US. We are unable to sponsor, take over sponsorship of, or hire candidates with an employment visa at this time.
