Job summary

Binance is seeking a compliance professional to help review internal policies with the Chief Compliance Officer and MLRO, ensuring ongoing assessments and audits are conducted. You will track launches for compliance items and manage onboarding within SLAs, while monitoring for AML flags and contributing to training programs.

The role requires 3-5 years in legal or compliance, fluent English, Russian, and Kazakh, and a bachelor’s degree; a law degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in legal or compliance.
• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English; undergraduate degree required, law degree a plus.
• Demonstrated writing, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CO and MLRO on internal compliance policy review, including ongoing assessments, compliance review, internal audit reviews, and ad hoc reviews.
• Track new product/service launch compliance items and handle client on-boarding applications within SLAs.
• Monitor and document unusual activity or AML flags, and participate in training programs.
