Job description

Compliance Administrator required in South Africa (Remote).

Our UK financial services client is looking for Compliance Administrators with UK experience. MUST HAVE UK Experience in COMPLIANCE.

Salary: Up to R25 000 per month (6 months fixed term contract) Must be able to start immediately or soonest.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per working week primarily during UK office hours 9:00am to 5:00 pm. Additional hours will be required as may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties and you will be expected to accept positively to such requests.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12, with Business, legal or compliance qualification
  • 3+ years’ experience as Compliance coordinator or compliance administrator
  • UK compliance experience
  • Vetting of documentation / KYC / AML
  • Data entry and maintenance of database

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing email correspondence
  • Reliable and accessible first point of contact
  • Support all administration requirements for the team
  • Create and maintain client data records
  • Entering client applications into third party websites and internal computer systems
  • Data entry and maintenance of databases
