The Management Trust seeks a Compliance Administrator (Driver) to perform in-person inspections across Thousand Oaks and surrounding California communities. This non-exempt, full-time role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive regularly to sites.
Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting 60-100 inspections monthly, reviewing HOA common areas, and using our software to document findings.

Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00/Hourly DOE
This position requires regular driving. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record.

The Compliance Inspector partners closely with their supervisory team to ensure consistent adherence to the community’s CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, and other key standards. This role requires a strong understanding of HOA governing documents and applicable state/federal regulations as well as the ability to use an online system to track and report findings. This role requires the ability to independently prioritize and self-manage time in order to meet assigned tasks.
