This position is remote with up to 10% of travel, at request to our affordable properties. Responsibilities Include

  • Ensuring all EIV reporting has been pulled timely and stored in Onesite DOCS
  • Facilitating and monitoring EIV compliance
  • Tracking and follow-up with field team and RMs on missing, inaccurate reporting or open EIV resolutions.
  • Auditing to ensure required RPCS and internal Pre-approvals are obtained
  • Reviewing and approving MI, AR, IR and IC certifications following RPCS Pre-Approvals
  • Spot-checking audits of Onesite for complete file uploads and DOC management procedures
  • Advising and assisting team members with any issues pertaining to files or paperwork needed for inspections, audits or certification approvals

Qualifications

  • High School or GED
  • HUD & EIV Experience
  • Ability to travel 10%, as needed
  • Experience using Onesite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple state experience / knowledge of affordable properties
  • Familiar with multiple low-income / affordable program layering
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office, EIV, HUD Secure Systems, and RealPage

Compensation

  • 20 - $22
  • Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
