Job summary

Morlen Health in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in complex shoulder and elbow surgery to join a group of more than 33 surgeons and 20 affiliated clinicians.

This role focuses on a wide spectrum of shoulder and elbow cases with general orthopaedic call coverage around 1:10, supported by robust care pathways and an integrated EMR system.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopaedics.
• Fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow.
• Experience with complex shoulder/elbow cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex shoulder and elbow surgeries.
• Provide general orthopaedic call coverage ~1:10.
• Collaborate across specialties.
• Utilize integrated EMR and established care pathways.
• Contribute to internal arthroplasty registry.
• Maintain board certification status and subspecialty fellowship.
