Job summary

The Alexander, Autograph Collection in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic hospitality team. You will help maximize hotel revenue through pricing strategies, market trend analysis, and collaboration with the Revenue and Sales teams.

Ideal candidates will have a hospitality or business background, strong analytical skills, and experience with reservation and property management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with travel industry reservation systems and hotel PMS.
• Experience in revenue management in hospitality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing Revenue Management Reports and presentations.
• Assist in executing strategies outlined by the Director of Revenue Management.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to Revenue and Sales teams.
• Assist in educating and developing others in Revenue Management.
