Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Experience delivering CRT equipment recommendations and client education.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, clients and caregivers to plan care.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on needs.
• Oversee procurement from specification to delivery.
• Deliver and fit equipment and provide training to clients and caregivers.
• Document client interactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain certifications and required continuing education.
