What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Manage first-party Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims, including litigated cases and complex claims
  • Negotiate, settle, and resolve claims within authority levels
  • Represent the employer at arbitration hearings and court proceedings
  • Investigate claims to rule out exposures and make coverage determinations
  • Assist in handling catastrophic claims and other complex cases across multiple states

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 3-5 years of experience handling complex PIP first-party medical benefits, including litigation
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses in required states
  • High School diploma or GED, or 3 years of directly related work experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
