We seek a dynamic individual to support our Managerial Team and COO in onboarding new advisors across Atlantic Liberty, Connecticut, and New England locations. This includes coaching staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer local company policies and act as Region/Headquarters Field Liaison.
  2. Lead Northeast New Advisor Onboarding process, collaborating with other roles to refine procedures.
  3. Develop and implement efficient onboarding procedures with the COO.
  4. Monitor Smartsheet and hiring pipelines; enroll candidates in tracking systems.
  5. Partner with AHCA to improve onboarding processes and manage handoffs.
  6. Serve as the AHCA liaison and escalate concerns to leadership.
  7. Coordinate onboarding for new EXPs, including contracting and transfers.
  8. Track PEP progress and communicate candidate status to VPs.
  9. Ensure regular onboarding meetings and create checklists for onboarding processes.
  10. Maintain consistency and implement best practices across districts.
  11. Support initiatives to improve onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.

The salary range is $60,000 - $75,000, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Qualifications include 3+ years of industry or operations experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and knowledge of hiring processes.
