Job summary

Klinedinst PC in Seattle, WA seeks a Washington-licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability to join our growing team downtown. Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters to join our team in downtown Seattle, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout Washington. Experience handling personal injury, financial services, and/or professional negligence is a plus.

Candidates must be Washington‑licensed with strong academic credentials and a passion for advocacy. The role requires handling cases independently, analyzing and researching complex issues, structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document‑intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Representation of clients in the financial industry is a plus.
