Zimmerman Reed, a nationally recognized plaintiffs' firm, seeks a California-licensed attorney with 3+ years of complex litigation to join our Los Angeles team. You will handle high-stakes class actions and mass arbitrations, in a role that blends in-office collaboration with remote work.

The ideal candidate has strong research, writing and analytical skills, and can work independently or with a team. The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of experience in complex plaintiffs litigation (class actions, mass arbitration, or similar).
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills with attention to deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex plaintiffs litigation matters for the firm.
• Appear in California state and federal courts as needed.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery requests and responses.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and other teams on case strategy.

Zimmerman Reed is a nationally recognized plaintiffs' firm, and we're looking for a California-licensed attorney with at least 3 years of complex litigation experience to join our Los Angeles team. You'll work on the kind of cases that hold powerful interests accountable, and you'll do it alongside lawyers who still love practicing law.

• Proficiency in working with Courts, including appearances in California state and federal courts and familiarity with local rules.
• Skill in conducting depositions, including taking and defending depositions of parties, experts, and fact witnesses.
