You will manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial support, while engaging in client meetings, strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Top-tier academic and professional credentials.
• Strong courtroom experience and comfort with depositions and hearings.
• Bar admission in Florida.
• Hands-on mentorship and significant substantive responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial support
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct complex factual and legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy
• Litigation support provided
• Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations
• Support and pursue business development and client origination efforts
