Job summary

Jobot's sophisticated litigation team seeks an experienced associate to support a portfolio of high-stakes antitrust disputes and related complex litigation. Expect hybrid work with three in-office days per week and a 1,850-hour billable target, within a nationally recognized Am Law Global 100 firm. Candidates should have at least four years of complex litigation experience, J.D.

from an accredited law school, and active D.C. Bar membership.

  • Minimum 4 years of complex litigation experience, preferably in a law firm.
  • Experience with discovery management, depositions, experts, motions, and multi-party litigation.
  • Active and good-standing D.C. Bar membership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage significant portions of complex, multi-party litigation, including class actions and matters involving parallel investigations.
  • Oversee discovery and e-discovery, depositions, expert preparation, motions practice, and case strategy.
  • Coordinate deadlines, workstreams, and junior professionals across large matters.
  • Develop substantive antitrust expertise while gaining meaningful litigation and trial exposure.
  • Assist with matters involving the DOJ, FTC, state attorneys general, and other enforcement authorities.

Candidate Profile
  • At least four years of complex litigation experience, preferably in a law firm.
  • Experience with discovery management, depositions, experts, motions, and multi‑party litigation.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, project‑management, and supervisory skills.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school; active and good‑standing D.C. Bar membership.
Preferred Experience
  • Antitrust litigation, class‑action, government‑enforcement, or agency‑facing experience
