This role includes significant responsibilities such as managing cases, conducting depositions, and trial work. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with strong academic credentials are required.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of complex litigation experience required.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
• Membership in the State Bar of desired location strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Litigate complex disputes from case filing through trial.
• Manage complex cases and interact directly with clients.
• Conduct depositions and represent in court appearances.
