Job summary

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Chambers-ranked Privacy litigation team to work on groundbreaking work for marquee clients in the tech and retail sectors.

This is a hybrid position and qualified candidates can sit in one the following cities: Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Phoenix, or Denver. The team handles challenging pre-trial matters for leading tech, media, and retail clients with a collaborative culture and mentorship.

• Experience with all stages of pre-trial litigation, including briefing, discovery, document production, and depositions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret laws and regulations and contribute to strategy.
