• The litigation team focuses on trial work within complex litigation matters.
• Candidates are expected to possess top law school credentials and specific experience examining or cross-examining witnesses at trial or in arbitration, whether in private practice or a government trial role.
• The firm's litigation team handles matters across a broad spectrum of substantive areas, including securities, class actions, antitrust, white collar, entertainment, and trade secrets, welcoming candidates from U.S. Attorney's, state AG, or district attorney's offices.
• Primary responsibilities include developing case strategy, researching and drafting dispositive and contested motions, taking and defending depositions, directing discovery and expert workup, and preparing and examining witnesses at trial, arbitration, and evidentiary hearings.
• Senior candidates will serve as senior members of trial teams, own the pretrial record, and supervise and develop junior associates.
• District court or appellate court clerkship experience is preferred.
