Job summary

Klinedinst PC in San Diego, CA seeks an attorney with at least two years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, or financial services to join our expanding team and handle matters across the state. Candidates must be California licensed with strong academics, ready to take on responsibility, and prepared to build client-focused, strategic litigation.

You will structure discovery, handle depositions, draft motions, and prepare for trial.

If you have experience representing clients in the financial industry, that is a plus, though not required.
