A highly regarded, full-service law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its growing New York office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants sophisticated commercial litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, and direct exposure to experienced partners and clients. The firm is known for handling complex, high-stakes matters for corporations, financial institutions, privately held businesses, executives, and other sophisticated clients across a broad range of industries.
The associate will work on a diverse mix of commercial disputes, including contract claims, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, financial services matters, corporate governance issues, and other complex litigation in state and federal courts.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range is $185,000-$230,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation and comprehensive benefits may also be available.
