Formación

• Two years of claims experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of claims practices, policy records, and life insurance products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; data handling and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, research, and process non-contestable and complex claims.
• Review records to confirm coverage, claimant identity, and claim validity.
• Notify reinsurers and bill them for their share of liabilities.
• Process settlements and payments under contract provisions.
• Provide reporting and analytics for claims processes and monthly reviews.
• Assist training of claims representatives and develop new processes.
