Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in General Liability and Insurance Defense preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage cases, deadlines, and client expectations
• Active member of the Florida Bar and/or Alabama Bar in good standing

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation matters from filing to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Present oral arguments and advocate on behalf of clients
• Manage deadlines, client communications, and case strategy
