Claimont Health is hiring a Team Coordinator to support a team of complex care workers, delivering person-centred care in clients' homes.

You will line-manage staff, provide advice and training, and conduct regular 1-1s and appraisals. You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car to support across packages. This role offers bank holiday pay at time and a half and ongoing CDP training.

Formación

• 2 year or more experience as a Senior Support Worker with complex care experience.
• Commitment to delivering client specific care.
• Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members.

Responsabilidades

• Line manage Support Workers within the team.
• Provide advice, support and training to staff.
• Undertake regular 1-1's and appraisals.
• Support across care packages in the community.
