Qualifications
5+ years of experience in production engineering in the upstream oil & gas industry.
Strong hands-on experience with horizontal well completions and multi-stage hydraulic fracturing.
Proven ability to supervise field operations and manage service providers.
Solid understanding of completion economics, AFE preparation, and cost tracking.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of new horizontal well completions and drillouts.
Develop and execute detailed toe prep, frac, and drillout programs.
Design and optimize stimulation programs.
Own completion-related capital, including creation and management of AFEs.
Track and communicate completion costs accurately.
Supervise all field staff and vendors during completion operations.
Lead vendor selection and contract management for services.
Perform ongoing field studies to improve completion designs.
Analyze completion data to identify performance gaps.
Ensure safety execution for all completion operations.
Collaborate with various teams to align strategies.
Provide operational support during active completion operations.
