Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions is seeking a Completions Database Specialist in the United States. This role administers the completions database, manages data integrity, and coordinates with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC for turnover.

It requires 10+ years in construction management, EPC project experience, and TWIC credentials. You will configure systems, generate KPIs, train users, and support project handover to Operations, while interfacing with contractors and client reps

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Construction Management or related field.
• Proven Punch List Coordinator experience on LNG/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Power projects.
• Proficiency with Co-Console, Smart Completion, MCplus and MS Office.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and turnover documentation.
• Experience supporting EPC projects.
• Excellent organization and time-management; able to manage multiple items.
• TWIC card valid or ability to obtain/renew.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer the completions database.
• Manage systems, subsystems, tags, and turnover boundaries.
• Control user access, permissions, and workflow configurations.
• Import, validate, and maintain engineering, construction, and commissioning data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across project teams.
• Coordinate data updates with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning stakeholders.
• Generate and distribute completion status reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Track progress of test packages, punch lists, and system turnover activities.
• Support project readiness, forecasting, and turnover planning.
• Provide user training and ongoing technical support for the completions system.
• Facilitate data review sessions and turnover meetings.
• Interface with contractors, vendors, and client representatives regarding completion status and requirements.
• Maintain turnover documentation and support project handover to Operations.
• Identify and resolve database discrepancies, reporting issues, and data quality concerns.
• Support project closeout activities and final documentation delivery.
