Job summary

Repsol invites students to join as a Completion Engineering Intern in The Woodlands, Texas. The role is based onsite Monday–Friday (9/80 optional at manager's discretion).

Interns receive an hourly wage and support in a structured summer program, with travel/accommodation arrangements for non-local candidates. Applicants must be pursuing an engineering degree with at least two years of progress, be enrolled for Fall 2027, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering program with at least 2 years completed.
• Must be enrolled for Fall 2027 semester and not graduated before internship start.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate technically with staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist completion engineers with daily project activities and tasks.
• Compile data, organize, and perform basic analysis for completion operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations and supporting technical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and engineering reviews.
• Collaborate with drilling, geology, subsurface and other teams as needed.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
• Complete internship project and present results at program end.
