About The Role

Main Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of a complaint and carrying out a full assessment of a customer’s journey to be able to effectively resolve any dispute.
• You will need to be proactive in exploring and providing solutions to customers.
• Provide assistance to teams across the business.
• Identify improvements from across the business, whether this be from a showroom appointment to a delivery or installation.
• Identify and report on any processes that could result in a poor customer experience.
• Feedback to key business stakeholders on complaint progression and resolution timescales.
