About The Role

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Sugar Notch, PA (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $18.92/hr + $500 bonus

Wren Kitchens is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Sugar Notch team. This in-office role is responsible for supporting customers throughout their kitchen journey by resolving inquiries, coordinating solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Resolve order-related concerns, including delivery, product, and installation questions
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and showroom teams to ensure timely solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling escalations
• Process replacements, service requests, and follow-ups as needed
• Ensure all customer interactions reflect Wren Kitchens’ commitment to quality and service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, or administrative support
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or home improvement industries is a plus
