Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE or equivalent.
• Experience in software development or testing in a HP environment.
• Experience with compilers or verification/test of software systems.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++/CUDA and scripting in Python.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance degradation or functional defects in compilers and identify root causes.
• Automate compiler testing and maintain test environments and reports.
• Use test suites to track performance changes and drive regressions to resolution.
• Develop and review test plans, implement tests, and integrate tests into test management frameworks.
• Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.
