Job summary

Sandhills Gymnastics in Aberdeen, NC is seeking an experienced Women’s Gymnastics Competitive Team Head Coach to lead and grow our program.

You will plan structured practices, develop athletes in skills, technique and confidence, and prepare them for competitions while mentoring assistants. A positive, athlete-focused leader with USA Gymnastics certifications is required and candidates should be available for weekends.

Qualifications

• Competitive gymnastics coaching experience required.
• Strong knowledge of women’s artistic gymnastics skills, progressions, and spotting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Positive, dependable, organized, and athlete-focused.
• Ability to obtain required USA Gymnastics certifications and memberships.
• Availability for practices, competitions, and occasional weekends.
