Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Respond to emergencies effectively
• Deter and prevent criminal activity
• Conduct ingress/egress control
• Investigate incidents and complete reports
• Perform patrols and monitor CCTV
• Build rapport with clients and colleagues
• De-escalate conflicts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current ACT 235 certification
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year armed security experience (preferred)
• Ability to pass physical agility, drug screening, and background checks
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
• Proficient firearms handling and extensive use of force knowledge

Compensation & Benefits

• $24.10/hour
