Dominique Dawes Gymnastics Academy is seeking a passionate Competitive Gymnastics Coach to join our team. This part-time position involves designing training programs, coaching athletes for competitions, and fostering a positive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to athlete success.

Position Overview
The Competitive Gymnastics Coach will work alongside our Director of Team and other competitive coaches to develop and mentor DDGNA’s Xcel athletes. Competing in bronze through sapphire levels, Team Dawes is proud to coach and send athletes to regional and national events showcasing their advanced skills. This position demands a driven professional with a deep love for the sport of gymnastics. Even more, the desire to deliver a positive, safe and quality experience is a non-negotial for a Team Dawes Coach. A deep understanding of advanced techniques, competition strategy, and the ability to foster a high-performance mindset in young athletes is a must. The ideal candidate is upbeat. positive, and have genuine care about the holistic success of our athletes.
Job Type: Part-time (Hourly)
Pay:$20.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Day, Evenings, and Weekends
Travel: Required for meetings, training, and team events/competitions.
