An Athletic Coach at Three Rivers Community Schools, guided by the Athletic Director, will champion Wildcat athletics and overall physical fitness. Emphasizing skill development, they will cultivate a positive extracurricular experience that enriches the academic journey for our students.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: Compare, analyze, and synthesize information relevant to job tasks. Communicate both orally and in writing effectively. Coordinate, instruct, compute, evaluate, and negotiate as needed. Use interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, students, and stakeholders.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: Stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed for job tasks. Talk, hear (in a quiet or noisy environment), taste, and smell as necessary for communication and safety. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.Have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust/focus.
Coaches operate within various athletic facilities such as gyms, fields, tracks, and courts. These environments may vary in size, condition, and amenities While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly meets deadlines amidst a fast-paced environment with severe time constraints.
