Pocahontas County Schools is seeking a Compensatory Services ESY provider for an after-school program at Pocahontas County High School. The position is contract/hourly with an extracurricular assignment for the 2026-2027 school year, contingent on student needs.
Hourly pay is $25.00, not to exceed 8 hours per week. Requires WV Professional Teaching Certificate with Special Education endorsement and a background check; preference given to current Pocahontas County Schools SPED teachers.

Hourly rate of pay is $25.00 per hour, not to exceed 8 hours per week.
After-school program during the 2026-2027 school year. Specific schedule and duration are contingent upon student needs.
Position and schedule contingent upon student attendance, participation, and identified need.
To provide Extended School Year (ESY) services to eligible secondary students. Services are being provided outside of the traditional summer ESY period to address ESY services identified through the IEP process that were not provided during the summer months. The goal of the program is to implement transition, academic, behavioral, communication, and self-help instruction as outlined in the student's IEP and ESY plan.
