We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our People and Organization (Human Resources) team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and handling our compensation programs. The pay range for this position is $60,340 - $103,440. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
