What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide analytical support to HR Operations and Centers of Excellence teams
  • Conduct data analysis and develop recommendations for enterprise programs
  • Participate in project teams to improve administrative processes and systems
  • Generate and deliver reports on operational and performance metrics
  • Assist with employee data auditing and compliance reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • 4 years of relevant, progressive experience in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to HR shared services
  • Proficiency in technical tools such as Workday and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 3-7 years of experience executing compensation administration processes
  • Understanding of compensation and finance, including plan documents
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for various audiences
