As a Compensation Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day administration and operations of the organization's compensation programs, ensuring processes, data, and systems are accurate, efficient, and consistently maintained. You will support compensation cycles, maintain compensation data and systems, coordinate reporting and audits, and assist with market benchmarking and compensation program administration.
You will be part of the People team and report directly to the Manager, Compensation. This role will sit in NYC and be 3 days in the office.
