Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits.
  • 2+ years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, CEBS, or related certification preferred.
  • Experience administering HRIS platforms and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs with accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Analyze compensation data, market trends, and internal equity for pay decisions.
  • Support annual merit, incentive, and salary review processes.
  • Evaluate positions, maintain job descriptions, and align with compensation structures and FLSA guidelines.
  • Manage leave and accommodation programs in compliance with laws and policies.
  • Maintain HRIS functionality for compensation, benefits, and onboarding.
  • Prepare reports and people analytics to support decisions and planning.
  • Monitor employment laws changes and update policies as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and benefit communications.
  • Lead continuous improvement to simplify processes and enhance experience.

The Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Rally House's compensation and benefits programs. This leader ensures programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's business objectives while providing a positive team member experience. The role partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, and business leaders to support compensation strategy, benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Administer company compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Manage team member health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze compensation data, market trends, and internal equity to support pay decisions and compensation planning
  • Support the administration of annual merit, incentive, and salary review processes
  • Partner with Recruiting and business leaders to evaluate positions, maintain job descriptions, and ensure alignment with compensation structures and FLSA guidelines
  • Manage team member leave and accommodation programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies
  • Maintain HRIS functionality related to compensation, benefits, and onboarding processes
  • Prepare reports and people analytics that support business decisions and workforce planning
  • Monitor changes to employment laws and regulations, recommending updates to policies and processes as needed
  • Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and benefit communications to ensure effective administration and team member engagement
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts that simplify processes and enhance the team member experience
Skills and Knowledge
  • Ability to build effective partnerships with leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Experience administering HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, CEBS, or related certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret people data
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and employment regulations
Qualifications

Pay Range

$115,000.00 - $145,000.00
