Job Description:

We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Associate to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs across our global organization. You’ll partner closely with HR, Recruiting, and Finance to provide data, tools, and insights that help drive informed decisions around pay, equity, and benefits. What You’ll Do:
  1. Analyze internal and external compensation data to support salary benchmarking and offer reviews
  2. Maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture documentation
  3. Support compensation review processes, including salary, bonus, and equity cycles
  4. Partner with Recruiting and HR Business Partners on compensation recommendations
  5. Support equity administration processes, including grant paperwork, audit prep, and cap table updates in coordination with Legal and Finance
  6. Create and maintain compensation tools, templates, and guides for use by internal stakeholders
  7. Participate in compensation and benefits surveys; support third-party data submissions
  8. Work with Payroll, Finance, and HR Ops to validate compensation data in systems and reports
  9. Provide reporting and insights related to compensation programs and metrics
  10. Assist with benefits-related analysis and projects as needed, including open enrollment and audits
  11. Assist with day-to-day benefits administration tasks such as leave tracking, vendor follow-up, global invoice review, and documentation for benefits renewals
  12. Monitor benefit inbox and respond promptly to employee inquiries, resolving benefits-related issues to ensure a positive employee experience
  13. Develop process documentation and contribute to Total Rewards team resources
  14. Support HR operations tasks such as compensation-related system audits, employee file maintenance for compensation and equity events, and creation of SOPs or employee-facing guides
  15. Assist with internal compensation and equity documentation for employee lifecycle events (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations)
  16. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company
What You’ll Need:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  2. 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
  3. Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  4. Familiarity with equity compensation and variable pay programs
  5. Ability to manage confidential information with a high degree of integrity and discretion
  6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex topics to varied audiences
  8. Experience working with an HRIS; Dayforce experience is a plus
  9. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  10. Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and surveys
  11. Familiarity with equity compensation processes, including grant documentation and cap table systems such as Carta, is a plus

Competitive Compensation Package: $75,000 - $86,000 base salary + variable component
