About the Position

As a Compensation Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resource Operations team with analyzing compensation data, participating in salary surveys, and maintaining consistency in pay structures. Primary duties include conducting market analysis, supporting job evaluations, and helping maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations for a global organization. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills as well as strong creative problem-solving skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance teams to support job requisitions, assist with salary benchmarking, and provide compensation proposals.
  • Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, including pay grades, job families, and career paths to ensure the remain competitive and equitable.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to analyse trends in compensation metrics such as pay equity, gender parity, and turnover.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to provide support with periodic merit increases and bonus cycles.
  • Participate in projects related to total rewards, job architecture, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Design ad hoc reports for compensation trends, budgets, and management decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 2+ years of compensation analysis experience (preferably international organization).
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress toward certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP) is preferred.
  • Experience with compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Culpepper, Willis Towers Watson).
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Workday Reporting experience.
