Patterson-UTI is seeking a Compensation Analyst responsible for guiding and supporting the delivery of compensation programs that align with the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will analyze compensation data and assist in managing various processes to attract and retain quality employees.
This role requires at least 5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing strategic guidance and tactical support in the design, administration, and delivery of compensation programs, processes, and systems that support the Company's talent and business objectives.
This role collects, analyzes, and maintains compensation-related data to support informed compensation decisions and help the organization attract and retain high-quality employees.

This role operates under the general direction of the Manager, Compensation and is responsible for planning and organizing assigned work activities to support departmental and organizational objectives. Work is reviewed periodically for accuracy, quality, and achievement of objectives.
Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment. Occasional travel to other Company offices and work sites, often in remote locations, is required during normal operating conditions (day/night, outdoor hot/cold weather), and employee will be expected to properly use designated personal protective equipment (PPE).
