Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design and maintain compensation structures that keep us market-competitive and aligned with our philosophy of rewarding performance and potential.

You’ll analyze data, create insights, and support pay programs across hourly, salaried, and management roles. The role emphasizes collaboration with HRIS and Finance to improve reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel and data analysis with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead market analysis across hourly, salaried, and management levels to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Provide compensation analysis and prepare offer letters for new hires, promotions, and position changes.
• Advise managers on compensation-related topics aligned with Worthington’s philosophy.
• Analyze executive compensation and assist with executive compensation for the Compensation Committee and Annual Proxy Statement.
• Maintain external survey matches and evaluate survey sources for benchmarking.
• Audit and maintain job and grade classifications in HRIS and advise on role placements.
