Responsibilities

• Build relationships of trust with employees through regular visits.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees' personal issues.
• Assist in planning and conducting funerals for employees' family members.
• Assist in the planning of funerals and provide support during grief.
• Facilitate spiritual enrichment activities as needed.
