Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Calm and efficient approach for fast-paced environments.
• Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; teamwork.
• Proficiency in basic veterinary tasks (lab, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Patient Care by assisting the medical team with hands-on care and compassionate treatment of every animal.
• Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team, anticipating needs for a smooth workflow.
• Create a Positive Client Experience by assisting with scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment through clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance.
