Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient restraint, nursing care, and treatment procedures.
• Supporting surgical and dental procedures, including preparation and recovery monitoring.
• Assisting with laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and sample collection.
• Educating clients on preventive care, medications, and treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas.
• Assisting with emergency and urgent care cases as needed.
• Providing compassionate, professional customer service to clients and their pets.
• Helping maintain a positive, collaborative team environment.
